Getting it to you.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Anywhere in Egypt for EGP 118 per order, whatever you order. We also ship to selected countries in the Gulf, Europe, North America and Asia for a flat EGP 950 per order; the list appears at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave within two business days, Sunday to Thursday. Cairo and Giza usually arrive in 2 to 4 business days, other governorates in 3 to 7, and international parcels in 7 to 21. The courier calls before delivery, so leave a number we can reach.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You receive an email with the tracking link the moment your parcel is handed to the courier.
Are duties included for international orders?
No. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient on arrival. Our prices include Egyptian VAT only.
Change your mind within 14 days.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with the hang tag attached. Write to us with your order number and we send the return address.
How are refunds paid?
Once the piece reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund its full price to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by you unless the piece was faulty or not what you ordered.
Can I exchange for another colour?
Yes, subject to stock. Tell us when you write and we swap it. If the piece you want is not available, we refund you instead.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we replace the piece or refund you, including the shipping.
Made to be lived with, and washed.
Cushions
Remove the inner pad and hand wash the cover in cold water, or dry clean. Do not tumble dry. Iron on the reverse, around the embroidery.
Rugs
Vacuum without the beater bar. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry flat. Rotate the rug now and then to even out wear, and use a rug pad on hard floors.
Aprons
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Line dry. Iron on the reverse, around the embroidery.
Is it gift ready?
Every piece arrives in our kraft box with its hang tag, so it is ready to give as it is. If you would like a note included, add it in the order notes at checkout.
Paying and changing your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The methods available in your country are shown at checkout. Payment is handled by the payment provider; we never see your card details.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, until it has been dispatched. Email us with your order number as soon as you can and we sort it out.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. Every price is in Egyptian pounds and includes 14% VAT. Delivery is added at checkout.
